Banzai Sushi Haleiwa

A week or so ago i went to dinner at Banzai Sushi in Haleiwa town.  Myself and four friends all enjoyed the food and music. I had a Banzai roll which had tuna, cucumber, Japanese basil. It was really good. Miso soup was served as an appetizer. The restaurant had a surf town/relaxed/zen like atmosphere. There was a section of the restaurant where the tables were about a foot off the ground. Cushions were placed around the tables. It was really comfortable and made the food taste even better. The food was presented in a very simple yet elegant way. Not necessarily the most authentic Japanese restaurant, however good food, good music, comfy chairs, and an amazing atmosphere. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind spending a little money for some good food and a good time. Ja mata-
